Dr. Wilson presented a lecture to an audience of 3,700 doctors on the subject of Diindolylmethane in prevention of estrogen-mediated cancers. The lecture stimulated many questions from a very interested audience. The World Congress was held in a new congress center LA DEFENSE, in the city of Paris. Here are some Dr. Wilson's personal experiences from the Congress:

"the stage was enormous, it felt like being in the Metropolitan Opera. The speakers were not allowed to take computers to the podium, the audio-visual department was only interested in 'eckle', in English a SanDisk's mini cruzer. It looks like a slim cigarette lighter, that's all they wanted. They used it to transfer my lecture from the computer to their system. The teleprompters were on the stage floor, so one could follow the projected slides on the wall. The auditorium was so large that it made the speaker small as a shrimp. However, a large camera in the audiences magnified the speaker's image projecting it onto the screen behind. The audiovisual control was situated on one side of the stage, but not visible to the audience. The actual control of the slides was from the podium. I am very grateful to the staff of the A-V Dept of Roosevelt Hospital for advising me to transfer my lecture into a mini cruzer. This gadget proved to be essential in France."

The subject of Dr Wilson's oral presentation is being well researched internationaly. The original work came from Rockefeller University linking a faulty estrogen metabolism to estrogen mediated cancers. It was proven that accumulation of 4 & 16 hydroxyestrones may lead to such cancers. This risk can be modified by DIM which boosts 2-hydoxylation to form 2-hydroxyestrone- the protective estrogen. DIM is the only natural product that blocks the estrogen receptors as well as androgen receptors. It is rather important in women infected with HPV 16/18 high risk, a leading cause of cervical cancer, and in man infected with HPV 33, wihch may lead to prostate cancer in genetically susceptible man.
