ANTI-DEPRESSANTS: SAM-ESAM-e : (S-adenosyl-L-methionine) is found in all body cells and participants in dozens of biochemical processes, including the production of hormones, neurotransmitters, cartilage, and detoxifying chemicals. Levels of SAM-e decline with age. Improves arthritic symptoms in about two weeks. Relieves pain of mild osteoarhtritis of the knees.
