VITAMIN B DEFICIENCYLow B-12 levels can produce a variety of disturbances including cognition problems (short-term memory deficits, confusion, disorientation, fatigue) and physical problems (numbness, tingling, burning, pins and needles sensation in the hands and feet, sore tongue and imbalance.
